Reflection / Insights
Food log:

This past week, I have been keeping a food log to keep track of the kind of foods that
I used to eat. With this activity, I can evaluate what I should continue consuming and
what I have to avoid eating. During this time, I was really surprised by the amount of
fats and sugar intake in my meals. And then I realized, that these amounts were way
too far from the recommended amount.

Physical Act log:

In response to this week, that one thing I observed was that keeping track of my daily
exercises helped keep me accountable to doing it at least three times a week. Indeed,
exercising provides a good feeling both physically and emotionally. Physically it helps
make me feel more alive and emotionally it puts me in a good mood. It is a good up-
lifter at any time. Plus, it gives me the reassurance that the it can burn the calories I
use to it for that week.
