 The customers or the fan of the club wants the club to have the passion for football rather than
the business.
 The competition is very intense among the top 5 clubs of football so if any mistake is made the
risk of fans of switching the team is expected.
So, we see that the customers are already furious because of making the club into a business and
earning revenue through it. What Glazer can do is he can turn this profit into good use of the players so
that they can gain their trust back on the club.
