I am writing this letter in response from your Job Vacancy Posting for Senior/Visiting Lecturers.
I would like to ask for apology for sending my intention at the very last hour for I just saw it
today while browsing the internet. In line to this, I would like to apply for the said job
opportunity.

I am MELROD JOHN CUENCA-GUMALAL, 31 years old, married and currently residing at


Magsaysay St. Miputak, Dipolog City. I graduated last March 2011 as Cum Laude in Bachelor of
Arts in Political Science from the esteemed Andres Bonifacio College, Dipolog City. I have also
attended Law school for a year at ABC but was not able to continue due to financial problems. I
took Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education at Medina Foundation College under Crush
Education Program and passed the Teachers Licensure Examination a year after.

In 2014 I entered Department of Education under Zamboanga del Norte Schools Division as
Secondary School Teacher in Araling Panlipunan at Bulawan Integrated School, Bulawan,
Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte. I took my Masters Degree in Education (MAED) and
completed academic requirement (CAR) at Saint Vincent’s College, Dipolog City. Presently I
am a Secondary School Teacher III and Araling Panlipunan District Coordinator in Katipunan III
District.

Attached herewith are pictures of my pertinent papers as your reference to the position that I am
applying for.

I look forward to a favorable response and discuss the contributions that I can make in the
institution and talk about the employment opportunity at length.
