Innovations Lab:
iPads to support
students with Autism

This virtual innovations lab will empower school-based occupational therapists


working with students with Autism to go beyond iPad use for recreation and re-
ward, to effectively promote academic outcomes.

Topics Include:

• Accessibility features
• Technology based instruction and intervention
• SETT framework to match students with technology
• Using iPads to support curricular subjects
Participants will attend 3 virtual meetings: Thursdays, from 7-8:15 pm on September
23rd, October 7th, and October 21st with online discussions and access to resources
between meetings.
