ADVISORY NO. 29 ON THE PHILIPPINE COVID-19 VACCINE
DEPLOYMENT AND VACCINATION CAMPAIGN: VACCINATION OF
CLERKS, INTERNS, AND STUDENTS ROTATING IN HOSPITALS

Pursuant to the National COVID-19 Vaccination Operations Center (NVOC) Advisory No. 29 on
the Philippine COVID-19 Vaccine Deployment and Vaccination Campaign: Vaccination of Clerks,
Interns, and Students Rotating in Hospitals dated 12 April 2021, and relative to the
implementation of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and Department of Health
(DOH) Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC) No. 2021-001 on the Guidelines on the Gradual
Reopening of Campuses of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) for Limited Face-to-Face
Classes during the COVID-19 pandemic,

All concerned interns, clerks, and students rotating in hospitals shall be vaccinated as
part of Priority A1.1, A1.2, and A1.3 at the hospitals they are rotating in.

Further, all concerned HEIs are mandated to coordinate closely with the implementing
units (hospitals) they are affiliated with and to the Local Vaccination Operation Centers
(LVOCs) under which jurisdiction it is under.
