➢ GST 18% extra as applicable or any other new tax or increase in present tax imposed by
government during or before the execution of the work will be charges extra.

Terms & Conditions of Acceptance of Quotation & Job Order
Acceptance of Work: The acceptance of work is subject to site & ongoing work in
the site & laboratory, Customers credential & Instructions from NABL accreditation
systems as per IS0 17025-2005.
Priority Charges: For urgent & priority Services customer has to pay additional charges
including 18% GST for booking of sample.
Duration of Testing at Lab & Site: Normally the time required for testing will
be intimated at the time of acceptance of job order and receipt of sample & the full
amount of charges, However the laboratory reserve the right of extent the time under
circumstances beyond its control, during the extension of site testing from the client
site, complete boarding loading charges to be paid by the client.
Issue of Test Reports: The test reports issued against the work order & quotation
only to the sample submitted to the laboratory.
Quantity of Sample Material: Sample material for testing to be supplied to the
laboratory free of cost no extra charges to be taken. The testing to be done as per
standard test methods as mentioned in the quotation.
Disposable of Tested Sample: Tested sample will be destroyed after 03 month
from date of issue of test certificates. All the samples will be destroyed as per
NABL guidelines.
Disposable of Untested Sample: If the payment of test charges not received with
the samples and the samples are not collected by the party within six days of the job
order. The samples shall be disposed of without any liability on the part of the
laboratory.
Liability of the Laboratory: Total liability of the laboratory is limited to the tax
invoice amount and the test charges received by the laboratory.

Terms & Conditions of Acceptance of Quotation & Job Order
Rates for Testing Services: Rates are levied in the job order may be subsequent vary
depending upon the actual tests analysis performed on the sample. A client has to pay
the difference test charges before the issue of test certificates.
Use of Test Certificates: The test certificates to be issued against this job order is not
to be reproduced wholly or ia part and cannot be used as an evidence in the court of
law and should not be used in any advertising media without our special permission in
writing. The results listed refer only to the test samples and applicable parameters.
Endorsement of products is neither inferred nor implied,
Cancellation of Work: Job order once booked can be cancelled only, if the work on the
samples has not been started. If the laboratory is not able to carry out the job due to
circumstances beyond its control, the order and booking cancelled without any liability
on either side.
Validity of Quotation: The validity & offer of quotation is valid only up to 03 months
or 90 days from the issue of date.
