1. Who represent the legislative branch in the USA? How many members? What do they
represent?
The legislative branch in the USA represent the Congress which consist of a Senate or upper
House and House of Represenatives.The Senate is composed of 100 members, 2 from each state
who are elected for a term of 6 years.

2. What are crimes against property? Give 5-6 examples.


Crimes against property are crimes that includes bulgary, theft, vandalism, shoplifting,
arson.This crime it consists of taking property or money and does not include a threat of force or
the use of force against the victim.

3. What is a constituency?
The constituency is a distinct territorial subdivision created to hold separate elections for one or
more seats in a legislative body. In general, only voters living within the geographical
boundaries of a constituency are allowed to vote in elections held there.

4. What is the difference between burglary and robbery?


Burglary represent the action then person breaking into a building and stealing things
Robbery is a crime where someone takes something of value directly from someone else.

5. What is the origin of common law?


The origin of common law had their origin in early medieval England, there was no written law.
Each feudal lord or baron administered justice personally. The king was able to establish a
system of courts, which enforced a common law throughout England

6. Write a story of 120-150 words using as many words as possible connected to crime:
LOCAL BANK ROBBED, TWO KILLED
Everything has a consequence. The story is about a couple from USA who attempt to robbed
national bank. Sarah and John Anderson was marriage 10 years. Reaching poverty, they decided
to rob a bank with thought that everything would be fine.
On 20th April 2020 Sarah and John, supplies with arms entered in bank and take hostage al
people from this bank. The assailants allegedly open fired on employees and customers present at
the bank during this time. Police soon arrived at the scene and asked the gunman to surrender but
he continued to open fire. The couple threatened to kill everyone if they were not give money.
The police entered the bank and lit a gun against them. Unfortunately, the couple was killed,
because they also pretend to gun a police. Official sources did not indicate any other motive
apart from robbery. Later was found that his couple had been looking for 4 years. There have
been other crimes in their past-murder, shoplifting, cart heft and child kidnape.
