Sub: - Proposed Redevelopment on plot bearing plot No._______ of the


_____________, Building knows as “__________________”.

I Shri/Smt/Ms. ________________________ Occupant/Tenant of the above building of the


above mentioned property and occupying Shop/Flat No.______ On ______ floor hereby
irrevocably give my consent for the redevelopment of the captioned property in
according with the modified D. C. Regulations 33(7) as per the Government Gazette
dated 25.01.1999, and amended up to date subject to the following terms and
conditions: -

1. I will agree to the construction of the above said redevelopment scheme by


Constituted Attorney holder of Developers _________________________ having their
office at _____________________________________________________.

2. The above said developers shall construct self contained tenements in the building
proposed to be reconstructed and shall allot to me a tenement of minimum carpet
area 27.88 Sq. Mt (300.00 Sq. ft) or ________Sq. Ft. (_________Sq. Mt.) or area
equivalent to what was occupied in old building. If the carpet area in the old
building was more than 120.00 sq.mtr. (1291.68 sq.ft.). It is subject to maximum
carpet area of 120.00 sq.mtr. (1291.68s q.ft.). Further the above said developers shall
provide carpet area equivalent to that occupied in the old building in case of Non-
residential tenements.
3. I hereby undertake to shift to the temporary transit accommodation made
available on the same site or elsewhere by the said Developers during the period of
construction on the captioned property.

4. I hereby guarantee that I will vacate and hand over peaceful possession of the
temporary transit accommodation after I have been given possession of tenement
in the form of permanent alternate accommodation in the newly constructed
building by the said Developer.

5. I hereby declare on oath I am voluntarily participating in the above scheme of


redevelopment and shall not claim any right of whatsoever nature against
MHADA/MBBR Board.

6. I hereby declare this irrevocable written consent shall be binding upon my legal
heirs, executors and successors or who so ever derives the tenancy/occupancy of
the above mentioned room/tenement.

7. The scheme of redevelopment is clarified by the owner/developer along with


proposed building plans, amenities to be given in the new building likely
maintenance charges of new tenements arrangement of transit accommodation
during course of reconstruction etc. and I/we have satisfied with the same and
accepted without any hesitation, force & coercion from anybody.

8. This irrevocable consent is binding on me, my legal heirs, mutates; mutandrs applies
to third person during course of tendency of completion of redevelopment scheme.
