What we're looking for?


We’re looking for a Solutions engineer whose key role in Apty is to implement Apty product onto the
customer application. This is a highly challenging role and because of the nature as part of the
responsibility the person should be highly technical working with web technologies, the role also includes
coding for the product to make it compatible against the customer application, solve technical challenges
and work closely with the feature developers.

What you'll do on the job: Solutioning / Implementation

• Understand Apty product well and make sure that Apty product is implemented smoothly on
the underlying customer application
• Provide technical expertise to any product issue from the customer or external teams
• Fix the issues and commit the compatibility code into the main platform branch
• Get to the customer calls and provide immediate assistance in case of any critical issue

Knowledge Productization
• Grow Apty’s offering by creating best practices, HOW-TOs and other knowledge assets.
• Monitor system performance, data integrity, and user activity to make recommendations on
continuous improvements for Apty.

Enablement
• Become the go-to-person for the Customer Success team for state-of-the art solutions.
• Proper prioritizing of the delivery of solutions and the quality of the delivery.
• Work cross-functionally in collaboration with different departments, including Product,
Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to address concerns, questions, and
requests.

Who'll be a good fit:

• You have 3+ years of experience as either as a Software Developer or as a Solutions Engineer for
digital adoption tools
• You have an excellent working knowledge of JavaScript / CSS / HTML
• Excellent understanding of the Browsers, Object identification and the DOM (Document Object Model)
• Engineers who are doing QA Automation who wants to explore the opportunity as a Solutions Engineer
can also apply
• Knowledge of any web framework like Angular or ReactJs
• Anyone who has built extensions before can be preferred
• You are particularly good at problem inspection, troubleshooting and, requirement analysis
• You can work in a cross-functional team to solve business & technical problems
• Experience working in the US Market.
• You have familiarity with SaaS business models and related technologies
• You are willing to work US hours
