Article 7: SHIPPING DOCUMENTS

 Post shipping documents ( Invoice, Packing List and AWB) must be email to the
buyer immediately right after AWB date.

Article 8: FORCE MAJEURE

This contract shall not be binding on the Seller and the Buyer and contractual
performance
is possible because of Force Majeure in which includes but not limited to War , major
strikes, import restrictions, fire an Act of God.

Article 9: GENERAL CONDITIONS

By signing this contract, previous correspondences and negotiations connected
herewith shall be null and void.
This contract is made into 02 English copies, having equal value and comes
into effect only if made in writing from and duty confirmed by both sides.
Any dispute or claims arising from this contract, if can not be settled amicably,
will be solved by The Court of Ho Chi Minh City and its awards are of final value.

- Quality: Do sản phẩm là cạnh sofa và sàn catwalk nên có thể
gửi kèm sơ đồ lắp ráp về sản phẩm.
Ex: A assemble product diagram have been sent by seller.
- Payment: Có điều kiện thanh toán và tài liệu đính kèm, thông tin
ngân hàng, tuy nhiên cần thêm thời hạn thanh toán.
Ex: Payment by T/T against original documents after shipment
within 2 weeks
- Shipment: Có đầy đủ thời gian giao hàng, tên cảng dỡ hàng, tên
cảng đến, cho giao hàng từng phần.

kết hợp đồng, hợp đồng gồm 2 bản bằng tiếng Anh và cơ sở giải
quyết nếu phát sinh vấn đề tại Tòa Án TP Hồ Chí Minh.

Cà phê nhân xuất khẩu loại 1, sàng 18 phải đáp ứng ít nhất những tiêu
chuẩn xuất khẩu của cà phê nhân như sau:

Độ ẩm (Moisture) : 12,5% max

Tỷ lệ hạt đen,vỡ (Black& Broken beans) : 2% max

Tỷ lệ tạp chất (Foreign matter) : 0.5 % max

Tỷ lệ hạt lạ ( Other coffee beans) : 0.5% max

Tối thiểu 90% trên sàng ( >90% on Screen No.) : 18 (7.1mm)

Quy cách đóng gói cà phê xuất khẩu  ( Packing) : 60kg trong bao đầy

Tiêu chuẩn xuất khẩu (19.2 tấn/container)
