Please accept this letter of resignation from the position of Medical Technologist contract of
service, effective OCTOBER 12, 2017.

This was not an easy decision, because I am grateful for the rewarding employment I’ve had in
Glan Medicare Community Hospital.  But after long hours of consideration, my decision is now
final and I have accepted a position with another institution that will challenge me as a Medical
Technologist and will further growth and development in my career .

I appreciate the professional progress and growth from Glan Medicare Community Hospital for
it has been my training ground for nearly 3 years. Your mentoring support has encouraged me,
and I hope that we will continue our relationship as I move forward in my career.

Please accept my apology for my quick decision but I will be assisting you in recruiting for my
replacement.

I wish you continued growth and success in the future.
