It is important because knowing the behavior of your customers will help you to adapt

avoid any unnecessary incident base on customers misunderstanding, human behavior is very
different to each other but knowing a certain clues of how to deal with them will help you a lot

which you will put up your business may be good or bad to you. Putting a restaurant in a very

inadequate or less frequently, because the hotel is too large for the work carried out.
I think the factor in allocating space is to know how your place will work and how much space
needed in each category giving some small space in a very busy category will decrease their input and
giving a too big space in a not so busy and not to many workers will end up wasting space.
