Reason of Upgrade
Newly add some new functions and fix some bugs existing on previous firmware versions, so as to improve

the performance of HQHI-F/N Series DVRs. This version newly supports DS-7216HQHI-F1/N &

DS-7216HQHI-F2/N models.

Firmware Updates
New Features

i. Newly support 4K (8MP) resolution HDMI output for DS-7216HQHI-F1/N and DS-7216HQHI-F2/N.

ii. Newly support Enhanced TVI 720P Compatibility function. When this function is enable,

a) It will increase the transmission distance of 720p signal input;

b) It will support third-party TVI 720P camera access;

NOTE: TVI 1080P camera can’t be connected if this function is enable.


iii. Newly support 4 patterns if choosing PTZ Protocol as HIKVISION-C(Coaxitron) , which used to be only 1.

iv. The lower and upper case letter of soft keyboard both use the same case: upper case. In version 3.4.0

lower case and upper case is distinguished.

v. Max numbers supported for video search decrease from 4000 to 2000.
