BRICSMATH Online Competition 2021

An international online mathematics competition called BRICSMATH.COM is being held for students in classes 1-11 in BRICS countries from September 21 to November 20, 2021. The purpose is to develop interest and logical reasoning skills in math as well as unite children from different countries. Students can participate for free online by accessing interactive and child-friendly math tasks on www.bricsmath.com that do not require in-depth curriculum knowledge but encourage out of box thinking.

(Circular for the students of class I - XI)

Dear students
As per CBSE Circular no. ACAD-72/2021, BRICSMATH.COM an annual
International Online Competition in Mathematics is being held in for
students of classes I – XI in BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China
and South Africa). The purpose of the competition is to cultivate interest
in Mathematics and develop logical reasoning skills, as well to unite
children from different countries. The fun and interactive tasks of the
competition are designed in a child friendly game form. The tasks get the
students to think out of box but do not require any in-depth knowledge of
the school curriculum.

The competition is held online on the website www.bricsmath.com and is


completely free of charge. To participate in BRICSMATH.COM, a student
needs to have access to a computer or tablet connected to the internet.

Important Dates:
• The trial round- from September 21 to October 18, 2021
• The main round- from October 19 to November 20, 2021
