- Laboratory shall be independent 3rd party, not Minh Duc Company because they are the Pile Supplier;
- Tests for concrete mortar is missing, the total SO3 and chloride content in concrete shall be verified;
- DVN is recommended to carry out the test ASTM C 1012 for ‘Length Change of Hydraulic-Cement Mortars

DVN to provide quality certificate for cement type II ASTM C150. Only setting time and compressive strength test is not

Cement in table of material requirement >=25 Mpa is not reasonable to manufacture PHC pile with compressive
strength of concrete is over 85Mpa at 28 days. So that please revise.
Please add detail drawing of PHC pile with class B, class C.
The factory shall arrange for a visit by the Owner/Engineer for inspection of the manufacturing facilities and to obtain

must be approved prior to testing process. Please submit profile of LAS for approval.

Inspection and Test Plan for PHC must be submitted and approved by Owner and all specifications of Testing shall
comply with this ITP. In this ITP must declare all technical requirement for coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, cement,
water, chemical admixture, mineral admixture, Sulphate-resistance test for Cement + mineral admixture (silica fume),
spiral rebar, pc bar and Steel plate which is used to manufacture pile toe and pile connection.
