ClearLend Securities specializes in securities lending. Fully focused on servicing clients, they are one of
the largest, most respected third-party securities lending firms in the country.

Securities Lender, Fixed Income, Equity Corporate Bond Lending Desk


Organized and directed operation of lending area, initiating daily lending of securities owned by pension
funds and mutual funds participating in company’s non-custodial third party lending program to broker
dealer community.
Increased loan balances from $250M to $800M in first three weeks of tenure by evaluating client’s
corporate bond funds, and successfully formulating / initiating procedure to lend bonds to company’s
broker dealers at current market rates.
Aggressivley proactive in domestic equity, US treasuries and government agency lending.
Collaborated with management and interfaced daily with fund administrators, brokers dealers, fund
custodians and other members of Operations Division to ensure company positions on loans were not
sold. If position was on loan, managed systematic recall of positions from brokers in time to satisfy

A.G. Edwards, Inc. provided securities and commodities brokerage, investment banking, trust services,

Maintained broker dealer relationships and held accountability for developing new business and lending
opportunities.
Negotiated client-owned securities lending (US treasuries and agencies, corporate bonds, US and
