Belcorp is a Peruvian company providing beauty and skin care goods primarily for women. The
company has a direct sales business model, consisting of greater than 8 lakh independent adviser
across 15 countries spanning the America. Belcorp is a narration of success achieved by many
people influenced by challenge and a wish to transcend. Belcorp’s passion and commitment has
allowed all of us to build beautifully ourself as a leading corporation in the whole America. Belcorp
are a corporation with 50 years of experience in the beauty sector running under the direct sales
model Belcorp encourage beauty to get personal fulfilment through our good product. Belcorp
Corporation founded in 1968 and its headquarters is situated in Lima and Peru and CEO is Eduardo
Belmont and product is basically beauty and cosmetics. Belcorp has been undertake a corporation-
wide transformation over the past back years. Its growth has been outstanding with continuous
double-digit growth leading with the profit over US$ 1.16 billion.

 LIST OF BRANDS

Balcorp’s major products are L’BEL, cyzone and esika cosmetic and skin care goods. Under these
major products there are many more besides product like Fragrances, cosmetics, skin care,
toiletries, Moschino, Missioni, naja-oleari, Reporter for men Versace product names there are also
few new products like ole-oleari makeup, fresh couture fragrances and toy, Missioni Parsum and
pourhomme.

for past 50 years Belcorp has exceled as a quick sales corporation one that millions of independent
beauty advisor have chosen as an ally in order to becoming a successful entrepreneur during the
last past two years Belcorp has aim its efforts on developing and growing innovative digital tools
that give independent beauty advisor to have their businesses to the next level in the future at the
same time Belcorp is running to grow its newer commercial direct selling channel like retail and e-
commerce. On the basic of above statement we can say that Belcorp is financial stable in the
foreign market for the long term as well because of its goodwill of Belcorp they easily and smoothly
running and fast growing in the foreign market and in the cosmetic sector. Belcorp has loyal
customers and a good market share which is provide the legacy of the company. Belcorp has
awarded for its product packaging like their cosmetic and perfume boxes are seems to be very
luxury and off course it’s always worth to buy it whether it is really high on a cost or not.

 Belcorp is daily high in product pricing in compare to other competators in the market like
the price of its product is really high so they are reaching in lower and middle level people in
the country.
 Belcorp has very slow growth of revenue in compare to other competitors in the market and
it also have a week performance outside USA.
 Belcorp has a limited countries to run the corporation like they are only working in 15
countries.
 Belcorp owns a limited brands like there major key brands are L’BEL, cyzone and esika and
there key brands also have a limited range of products.

they can’t sell the product direct to customers.

opportunities like their shares are in a very good condition in the foreign market and
purchased by many millionaires and billionaires as well.

direct selling association in the world so it also a opportunity like their products are sold by
the direct selling association and it give highest interest rate on ever purchase.

 The very big threat for Belcorp and all cosmetic companies around the world is growing very
fast and growing popularity of cosmetic surgery technology. So because of the cosmetic
surgery the threat is its dividing the customer’s numbers.
 Belcorp facing intense competition in the foreign market they compete in a very selected
and limited product ranges against a huge number of multinational competitors which is
having a large variety of product.
 Counter seat could not only deprived the corporation of revenue but dilute its brand image
as well. Because in cosmetics sector there are so many product by different companies are
like same like the products are matching with each other.
 Because of Belcorp’s product pricing strategy like it is really high so many people jump on
the other cosmetic brands which is reasonable in pricing.
 The big threat is because of Belcorp is running only 15 countries in the world so there are
not able to reach in other countries on the other hand its competitors like L’Oreal Evon
Revlon they are providing their product more then 30 countries in all over the world.

false claim about their product. They claim that the product will affect the person genes and
