Court Proceedings Flowchart Guide

The document provides instructions for drawing a flow chart to present the court proceedings in a criminal case. The flow chart would show that a plaintiff first files a complaint with the court. Then various actions may occur such as the plaintiff filing an amended complaint, the court issuing a summons, the defendant filing an answer, pre-trial conferences being held, and eventually a trial taking place. The flow chart would conclude with the court issuing a judgment and the possibility of an appeal being filed.
