headquatered in samsung town , Seoul. It comprises numerous subsidiaries
and affliated business ;most if them United under the samsung brand and is
the largest South Korean chaebol (business conglomerate) Samsung was
founded by llee ByngByng-Chula in1983 as a trading Company . Over the
next three decades the group diversified into area including food processing
and textiles, insurance, securities and retailretail. Samsung entered the
electronics industry in late 1960s and construction and ship building
industries in mid-1970s ; these areas would drive its subsequent
growth.Following less death in 1987,Samsung was separated into four
business groups-Samsung group,shinsegae group, cj group and Hansel group

Since the 1900s Samsung has increasingly globalized its activities, and
