eco-friendly solution. PROE was incorporated in 2018 in
Malaysia as an Private Limited company. It was an one stop
center to solve Environment related issues.

It was started by a team of Environmental Professionals with

experience in Air Pollution control system, Water Treatment,
Industrial Hygiene, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing
(MEP) and Occupational Health, Safety and Risk from
various industries.

DUST COLLECTOR

A system used to filter granular solid pollutants from

exhaust gases by collecting dust and other impurities
from air or gas, prior to venting to the atmosphere. It is
designed to handle high volume dust loads.

PORTABLE DUST COLLECTOR

A small type of dust collector unit. Simple and convenient

to move/relocate to suit to your production line. It is
designed to handle low volume dust loads / smokes, such
as powder packing process, welding process, cutting or
grinding process.

SCRUBBER SYSTEM

A system that to remove gas pollutants from the

production process through the scrubbing liquid and
layers of packing and demister. Commonly used in
chemical process such as ammonia, chlorine, water
soluble VOC, SO2, etc..

ACTIVATED CARBON SYSTEM

Activated carbon is a microporous inert carbon matrix

with a very large internal surface. The gas stream that
passed through the activated carbon will be filtered via
adsorption until it is saturated. Commonly used to treat
VOCs and odors contamination.

DUCTING EXHAUST SYSTEM

A duct system that connecting from suction hoods or

machine outlet points, transport out the gas stream to
chimney through fan and filter system such as pre-filter,
carbon filter, dust collector, etc.. Duct systems include
straight lengths of duct, transitions, elbows, reducers,
hoods, chimney, and hangers or supports.

WWTP PLANT & IECS

A process used to remove contaminants from wastewater

or sewage and convert it into an effluent that can be
discharged externally to the water cycle with minimum
impact on the environment, or directly reused.

FUME CUPBOARD

A local ventilation equipment that to limit the exposure

of hazardous or toxic fumes. Commonly used in school or
industrial. The designed fume cupboards are compliant
with the following standards:
1. US: ASHRAE 110-1995
2. SEFA: #1 (laboratory fume hoods)

BAG FILTER / CARTRIDGE FILTER

Bag filters are the most important part in a dust collector.

It is to filter the dust particles, preventing the dust from
passing through the filter. There are different materials of
bag filters such as Polyester, Polypropylene, Nomex,
Fiberglass, etc.

 SCRUBBER

Scrubber is one of the air pollution control equipment to remove dust particles
and gas pollutants from industrial exhaust stream. Pollutant gases enter the tower
through the inlet and passes through the packing, counter current flow to the flow
of the scrubbing liquid. The scrubbing liquid dissolving the pollutants and then
remove the contaminants. The gas pollutants are commonly known as chemicals
such as gas ammonia, chlorine or sulphur compounds.

 CYCLONE

Cyclone are widely used in industrial premises for the collection of medium
sized and course particles. They are usually used as precleaners in combination
with other more expensive dust control equipment such as the filter beg dust
collector or electrostatic precipitators. Cyclone removes large and abrasive
particulates and reduces dust loading to the dust collector. Typical situations
where cyclones are used are in wood-working operations, palm oil mills, shot
blasting process and for handling grinding and machine dust in tool rooms.
