THANK YOU AND
CONGRATULATIONS
Monica
Thank you for downloading my metabolic guide. The fact that you
took the time to complete the quiz and download your results tells
me a lot about the kind of person you are. You are committed. You
are a doer. You want answers.
The media pushes the latest and greatest diet trend down our
throats. But, if it doesnʼt match our metabolic type our body
pushes back hard. And all the will power in the world wonʼt help
us.
Guess what? Will power is way overrated. I want you to work with
your body to trigger the power of your metabolism. Itʼs more
powerful than any pills, powders or will power. Itʼs truly a force of
nature.
Letʼs partner up and reach your goal weight of 275 lbs
To Your Health,
Dr. Phillip Goglia.

DR. GOGLIAʼS ADVICE ON YOUR RESULTS
Your Caloric Heat is Too Low
Think of your metabolism as a camp fire, when you don't supply it with enough wood
(aka food), it will burn out. Remember your metabolism is what burns fat, and if don't
eat the right amounts of food, it can't do its job, and that stubborn fat will remain.
Follow Your “Golden Ratios”
Each person has their own metabolic type, meaning you need an individualized
nutrition plan just for you. Your "Golden Ratios" include eating the right amounts of
protein, fat, and carbohydrates to keep metabolism running optimally and keep up with
your goals.
Uncontrollable Cravings
Your cravings for food can be a sign that you are not properly fueling your body. Too
often, people try to consume less food when they should be eating more to burn that
metabolism. When you starve your body of the proper nutrients, your body acts out
and calls for other foods.
Low Energy
Low energy before meals is an indicator that your not eating enough in between meals
or you are going too long in between meals. Blood sugar levels drop and cause a dip in
energy when you donʼt eat for long periods of time, or when you eat too many simple
carbohydrates (sugar, chips, cookies).

Heart Disease
A family history of heart disease ups your chances of getting the disease. Diet plays a
huge role in keeping your risks low. You will want to consume a heart healthy diet that
includes omega-3 fatty acids including salmon, walnuts, and olive. Antioxidant and
beta-carotene rich foods like berries, carrots, sweet potatoes, and spinach will also
lower your risk.
