Example / experience:

Open area

- I know myself that I am extrovert to my close friends, and also others know that I am extrovert to my
close friends.

Blind area

- I know myself that I am not arrogant, but from others they see me that I am.

Hidden area

- I showed myself as a strong and a Jolly person were people and friends know me that way, but inside
of me I am sof hearted person, can be hurt in just Li'l reason.

Uknown area

- do things like organzing event, such as debut, wedding, and same as people doesn't know that I can do
things like that, but when I try, i didn't know myself that i can do things like this.

Johari window model is important in self awareness and efectveness towards organizaton by giving us
a valuable tool for increasing self-awareness and, as a result, our ability to collaborate efectvely with
others. It works by assistng us in comprehending the disparites between our perceptons of ourselves
and those of others.
