Alumni Communication Letter

The Sierra Bullones Technical Vocational High School Alumni Association is requesting assistance from Governor Arthur C. Yap, the Provincial Health Office, and LTC. Allan J. Tabudlo for their upcoming medical-dental outreach program and grand alumni homecoming on May 24, 2020 in Salvador, Sierra Bullones, Bohol. They are requesting doctors, dentists, nurses and their medical supplies and equipment to serve 500 patients, as well as food packs for the staff. Governor Yap is also invited to the events on May 23-24, 2020 which will include a motorcade, mass, program and fellowship dinner.

Greetings of love and peace!

The Alumni Association of Sierra Bullones Technical Vocational High School (formerly Sierra
Bullones High School / Sierra Bullones National High School) of Salvador, Sierra Bullones,
Bohol in cooperation with the Local Government Unit of Sierra Bullones, Department of Health,
Bohol Dental Association, Bohol Medical Society, Chocolate Hills Lion’s Club Association and
Alumni Doctors, Nurses and other medical professionals are scheduled to conduct a Medical-
Dental Community Action/Outreach Program at Salvador, Sierra Bullones, Bohol for the welfare
of all Sierra Bullonesanon. This is to be done, simultaneously, during the celebration of the
Grand Alumni Homecoming of the school with the theme, “SBTVHS Alumni: Serving as ONE
Through the Years” on May 24, 2020 to be followed with a community service on the same day.

In this connection, we would like to ask for the kind assistance of your agency to through the
Medical Outreach Unit (MOU), the Provincial Health Office (PHO), Provincial Social Welfare and
Development Office, for a pool of medical and development work professionals such as doctors,
dentists, nurses, social workers with their assistants and aides. We would also request that they
bring medicines, medical supplies and equipment to serve at least 500 local patients on May 24,
2020, Sunday @ 8:00 o’clock in the morning at the above mention venue. We would also like to
request at least 200 food packs for the staff and for those who will serve on the said program.

May this request merit your kind response and approval to make this event a great success for
our people.
