we extend a very warm welcome to you in this online webinar conducted by RGNIIPM, Nagpur
INTRODUCTION ABOUT INSTITUTE
The RGNIIPM is a Central Government Institute which is under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry
(DPIIT under O/o CGPDTM) is engaged in conducting departmental & public Training programs relating
to Intellectual Property Rights and International programs like BRICS Examiner training, WIPO-India
Training for Examiners, WIPO-India Summer School, IPC- EUI training, Training with JPO etc.
RGNIIPM has been established at Nagpur as a National centre of excellence for training, management,
research, education in the field of IPR.
VENUE OF TRAINING:-
ONLINE mode- Online training link will be provided by RGNIIPM
You are requested to be available online with best quality camera & internet connection.
ASSIGNMENTS AND FEEDBACK
During the program, you have to prepare session-wise report about program and give feedback at the end
of course via mail.
Your valuable feedback shall be given on time to get certificate.
TRAINING TIMINGS : 1.00 PM to 6 PM (Indian Standard Time Zone – IST, India)
LANGUAGE : The language of the training will be preferably English & Hindi.
CERTIFICATE : After successful completion of course, E-certificate will be provided over mail

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
For the purpose of having a smooth VC experience all the participants have to ensure the following:
Online training Link will be provided by this office
You can take testing of link from 11.30 Hrs onwards (our IT will support you)
You are requested to be available with best quality camera & internet connection which will be high bandwidth stable
internet connection with good quality RAM.
It is advisable to switch OFF your camera so that you may get voice clearly and to get fast internet speed
Avoid using any other work on the same internet connection during the VC session
Do not join the VC with two devices in the same room, as it causes signal interference
Workshop will be on CISCO WebEx platform. Hence it is advisable to download the software

Please do not share the link to others which is violation. If any other person found who is not registered for this
workshop then he/she will be kept out from program.
If there is change in Email please inform immediately
You are requested to mute your mike and when you want to ask any question then unmute it and after your talk will over
then again mute your mike to avoid ECO in voice.
Please make your phone on silent mode during online training.
You are requested to cooperate with the Speakers for efficient delivery of the training in the class
Consumption of alcohol and smoking is prohibited during said online program
It is your responsibility to daily presence in said program

You will not get any video or audio recording from our end hence you are requested to prepare your notes during lectures.
