Objectives: At the end of the home visit, the family will be able to:
1. Understand the purpose of home visit and welcome the student nurse in their home.
2. Classify the different risk factors that can be seen of each individuals of the family.
3. Cooperate with the assigned student nurses in performing the physical and nutritional
assessment.
4. Show willingness to cooperate on planning in regards to the first home
visit. 5. Generalize the needs of the family to have an effective plan and
activities.
