eBay VA Interview Questions.

Lets get the basics answered.

1) PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE VERY GOOD ENGLISH

2) What is your Online Resume URL ?

3) Do you have an email resume ? If so, please send.

4) When would you be able to start ?

5) What times / hour would you like to work ?

6) Can you please tell me what eBay experience you might have ?

7) Do you have any Photoshop or experience ?

8) Do you understand that the wage will 9000PHP per month until you are a trained lister ? This can take anywhere from
1 to 3 months. (once you are a trained listing optimiser, your base wage AND bonus scheme increases.)
9) This work is generally 38 hours per week, but I am happy to negotiate different hours, and adjustments in wage for the
right person. Please note, we have a great bonus scheme so that you can increase you wage by up to 30% if you
willing to work hard. Also, once you are a trained listing optimiser, your base wage AND bonus scheme increases.

Working Conditions.

1) What city are you located in / near ?

2) Will you be working from home or another location ?

3) Do you have your own computer ?

4) How old is your pc ?

5) What size screen do you have on your pc ?

6) How reliable is the internet / power at your house ?

7) How fast is your internet connection ? Can you please send me a speed test screenshot ?

8) Please create a video, please tell me a little about yourself, and show your work space, this is so that I may evaluate
your spoken English skills without making you nervous in a live call. (Because there are multiple people who need to
see this video, a video is better.)

Current / Previous Work (If any)

1) Do you currently have a job ?

2) If yes, who do you work for ?

3) What do you do for them ?


4) Could you please let me know of any other skills you might have, that could be of benefit to the company ?

Copywriting Experience

1) Have you done copywriting before ?

2) If so, can you please show me an example ?

English / Marketing Ability Test

In the "Features" section of the "Product Information", each of the features needs a short description explaining the benefit of
it.

Are you able to either write or use google to create some well written benefits for 7 of the features please ?

For extra credit, write a better description too.
