Defendant’s motion to dismiss Plaintiff’s complaint with prejudice is hereby


DENIED without prejudice and the Defendant shall have 7 days to file its Answer for the
reasons expressed on the record; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this order shall be served upon all
parties within seven (7) days.
