NOTICE FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

Subject: RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (BS-17),


FEDERAL PUBLIC SERIVCE COMMISSION.

I am directed to refer to their online applications and subsequently appearing in the


MCQ (Screening) Test for the subject post, the following Twenty Six (26) passed candidates whose
Names & Roll Nos have been given, are advised to furnish the attested copies (with name stamp of
attestation officer) of requisite documents given below by registered post/ courier forthwith but not
later than 15 days (latest by 18.05.2021) of placement of this Notice on FPSC website, to determine
their eligibility.
Documents required:-
• Bio-data form duly signed and filled-in completely (Already enclosed/attached with Notice
issued by Registered Post/ Email).
• Two Photographs.
• Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
• Matric Certificate (showing date of birth) issued by Secretary, BISE. (Result Card not
acceptable).
• Intermediate Certificate issued by Secretary, BISE (Result Card not acceptable).
• Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s degree or equivalent qualification from a university
recognized by HEC.
• Result Cards/ Transcripts/DMCs etc. of Bachelor’s/Masters Degree showing
CGPA/Grade/Division and exact date of declaration of results and above degrees (if any).
• Self Domicile Certificate (SDC).
• In case of Govt. Servant, Original Departmental Permission Certificate (DPC) complete in all
respects issued by an authorized officer of the controlling department.
• Equivalence Certificate from HEC in case of possessing foreign degree or a degree other than the
advertised one.

2. As per Para 16 (A) of General Instructions to the candidates, only top merit eligible
candidates will be shortlisted for interview. They are cautioned that requisitioning of the documents
for determination of their eligibility shall not vest any right in them for the post until they are
shortlisted on the basis of merit and relevant Provincial / Regional quota. In case, any of the
candidates failed to submit these documents within stipulated period, their candidature for the
captioned post shall stand rejected and no alibi or excuse shall be entertained subsequently
