Work, Energy, and Power - Activity Sheet

This document provides instructions for an online physics simulation activity on work, energy, and power. Students are asked to complete 3 trials simulating a skater moving down each of 3 tracks between positions of +2m and -2m. They must record the skater's initial and final velocities and calculate values for change in velocity and work done against gravity in tables for each track. The document includes guide questions asking students to identify the forces acting on the skater, compare the track lengths, discuss how the work done may vary, and explain how different paths could affect the work. Screenshots of each simulation are to be attached.
