CHAPTER ONE: Introduction
1.1. Introduction your business
An overview of the current business, Nguyen Duy Tu is a service director at Phu My
Auto Joint Stock Company
Located in the heart of District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, Phu My Auto is rated by experts
from the United States as the best Ford dealer in Vietnam and also one of the young
dealers with high growth rate in the system.
Phu My Auto Trading Joint Stock Company is a large enterprise with a strong foothold in
the market of trading and distributing cars in Vietnam. The company has created trust and
confidence for customers and always ensures quality and prestige to become one of the
largest car distribution companies in Vietnam today. Phu My Automobile Trading Joint
Stock Company has existed and developed for nearly a year since its establishment on
May 31, 2018. The head office is located at D3, D1 Street, Cat Lai Industrial Park,
Thanh My Loi Ward in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City. The reason the founders chose this
area was that it was a key economic location in the South and surrounded by major roads
leading to the districts and provinces, where the provinces met a large national highway
with many ports as well as international transaction points. The bright choice from the
early days of the building contributes significantly to the company's success and future
growth, making the company a supplier of products and leading car service in the South
in particular and the entire territory of Vietnam in general.
The great advantages that come from this convenient location are located at Cat Lai
border gate, the largest commercial area in the South with relatively dense daily traffic
volume, location of Phu My Auto Trading Joint Stock Company helps to shorten the time
and save costs for customers traveling through this area. The company is located next to
many important traffic routes of Long Thanh Dau Giay, Saigon River tunnel, Thu Thiem
bridge, bridge Phu My, Hanoi Highway, National Highway 1A, Cat Lai ferry, ... Phu My
Company has qualified for 3s, including sales, repair services, warranty and car spare
parts supply.
The Phu My showroom has an area of up to 9800 square meters, in which 3 areas are the
1400 square meter exhibition area displayed and arranged beautifully modernly to satisfy
customers' needs of learning and shopping about all types of vehicles and popular brands
are present on the market today. The 1200m2 office area is built to inspire work and
promote creativity for each employee in the company. And the last area is a 2900 square

meter service area equipped with the most modern and modern equipment that meets the
registration standards under Decree 116.
The main vehicle line that Phu My business is Hyundai cars, which are light trucks and
used vehicles. In addition to sales and distribution, the company also provides repair,
after-sales and spare parts replacement services along with insurance such as physical
insurance, civil liability insurance, vehicle registration, credit consulting, bank
introduction, etc. related to the industry to bring the most convenience and satisfaction to
customers.
From an overview perspective, Mr. Tu's company is a service-oriented company, there
are 26 employees under him, its management will also be difficult due to the composition
of both the repair department staff and the staff office. Between two parts of the
employee, there are many changes to lead each employee. With the special is the
collision between employees and customers there are many, so it is necessary to lead and
train good staff to not make customers happen. Typically, in commercial car service,
there will be many different guests, different personalities, from which he has to change
himself, as well as his employees, need a certain transformation to be able to receive
many special guests, many difficult guests. Through the report, we will have a deeper and
deeper look at his leadership towards his employees.(Pervaiz, akhater Ying, Kei, Tse
