The first part. In which you need to give a simple answer from one
sentence

Phase 2
The second part is structured in such a way that the candidates take turns
answering the examiner's questions. The two types of questions are open
and closed. In the previous version of the exam, the candidate was asked
to talk on one topic, now on one topic he will be asked two closed
questions, and on the second - two closed and one open.
Closed questions involve short answers.
