Case Commentary/Case Analysis

Dear Students,

For the purpose of internal assessment component No 2 you are required to write a case

commentary/analysis.

The Students are expected to write a case commentary on a case relating to the Social

Security Legislations in India using the IRAC based on the following guidelines. No two

students from the same division will be allowed to use the same case.

Word Limit: - 1000-1200 words

Marks Allotted: - 10 marks

Date of announcement of assignment: 10th October, 2021

Date of submission: - 10th November, 2021

Marking Criteria: -
1.     Facts: - 2 marks
2.     Identifying Issues involved and rules applicable L: 2 marks
3.      Analysis: - 4 marks
4.      Conclusion: - 2 marks
