Conscience is our lived knowledge of good and evil, our judgment about how we should act, and our
commitment to do so.

Since moral responsibility seems to require free will, hard determinism implies that no one is
morally responsible for his actions.
Morality-  rules of right conduct concerning matters of greater importance.  Violations of such can bring
disturbance to individual conscience and social sanctions.

Conscience is a connecting link between law and individual acts.

Obstacles affecting the voluntariness of human acts


may diminish one's culpability(responsibility for a wrong doing/act)
Love and passion do not belong to concupiscence

Acts done with fear are voluntary

Grave Fear is aroused by the presence of danger

Consequent passions are those that are intentionally aroused and kept.

Knowledge ,Freedom and voluntaries are  trait of Acts of Man

Antecedent passions is a principle of passion

Motive is not a modifier of human act

Goal is a modifier of human act

Conscience Inferential reasoning using principles of natural law

Morality is important because it helps you not only to be law-abiding, but also to treat others in
society with dignity and respect.

Antecedent Concupiscence is a modifier of Human Act


VIOLENCE
refers to any physical force exerted on a person & another free agent for the purpose ofco#pelling said
person to act against his +ill.*
Actions that are done because of fear, however great or small, are
voluntary, hence imputable.

Motive is not a modifier of human act

Morally Perfect Violence is a modifier of Human Act?

Conscience Is not a practical Judgement

Acts done with fear are voluntary

Acts done &ecause of intense fear or panic are involuntar.
