requirements stipulated under Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009 and Regulation (EC) No 142/2011 relating to animal by-
products not intended for human consumption:

a. aquatic animals, and parts of such animals, except sea mammals, which did not show any signs of
disease communicable to humans or animals;
b. animal by-products from aquatic animals originating from establishments or plants manufacturing
products for human consumption;
