Narrative Report on Field Study 4

Submitted by: Jonathan M. Gutang BEED – 4

The things that illuminated my mind after finishing this field study 4 are a teacher, not
just a career, but a noble profession. An instructor who always gives the experience, wisdom,
skills, abilities, and values of the students for a better future. They tell learning is challenging as
far as teaching is concerned. In order to understand, you have to get to know various things, from
basic to more complicated concepts. In teaching, several topics should not only be taught by the
students, but also by the teacher.

She must be successful and well versed in the various methods or techniques he/she can
use to make his/her teaching more innovative in order for a teacher to understand. If a student
has learned something from what the instructor taught, successful teaching is considered to be
accomplished. I have figured out in these field studies that real teaching can be seen when you
are in the place where the teaching and learning takes place.

I believe that if he sees the reality of teaching, a teacher can be created. And that's what I
learned during my journey through Field Research. Teachers are a reliable source of advice for
students weighing crucial decisions about life. Educators may help their students pursue further
education, explore job possibilities, and participate in activities that they may not have
considered themselves capable of otherwise.

Students also look to their teachers as seasoned and competent mentors, and as an
educator, at some stage during your career, you will almost certainly be asked for guidance. I
believe that everybody in their own way, is special. Students have multiple personalities. I have
to relate to them with their differences as a potential teacher because I believe that when a
teacher knows his/her students and respects the differences they have the teaching and learning
can be done with peace in their simplest ways.

And for us we should always note that in order to become successful, we must be able to
affect the minds of many and that we should be vigilant in touching the lives of people with
whom we once participated. In this school, where the passion for excellence is a driving force
each and every day, quality education is anticipated. The school has hard-working workers
working together, encouraging themselves and their students to be the best. For the instructor or
the students, failure is not a choice.
