Your store on Lazada Malaysia has been deactivated. We have taken this action because you have exceeded 48
non-compliance points as of 2021-11-05 19:54:25.

All pending orders that are yet to be fulfilled will be cancelled. Your customers will be notified separately. Please
note that some Lazada features such as the Lazada University, Partner Support Center, and Seller Center access
will no longer be available.

If you would like to appeal, please send us an email at [email protected] and attach supporting
documents to supplement your appeal request.

We are committed to building a trusted and reliable platform for the community therefore all sellers are required to
comply with our policies. Lazada Seller Policies can be found at our Policy Library in Help Center.

i've never aware of non-compliance points or anything on my account, just do similar task everyday and maintain

even haven't see any of kindly reminder about any points and suddenly my account got deactivate.

Could you please help to make it active again? if there's anything that Lazada need from us surely will do our best to
