 The school and classroom environment can influence the teaching and learning
process in a way that for example, if the learning environment is clean, well
organized, and in good condition then both teachers and students can feel comfort
and convenience to teach and to learn.

2. How does your answer in question number one relate to your


knowledge of child and adolescent development/does this relate to
your knowledge of facilitating learning?
 Yes, my answer in number 1 is related to my knowledge in facilitating learning,
because in facilitating learners teacher must set the learning environment to become
friendly and conducive to learning.

 I observed that the school is located near the community. It has a


wide ground, playing area where students could play. I see also that
there are plenty of planted plants and flowers. The school offices
and classrooms are clean and we'll organized. The buildings are in
good condition and the teachers are hospitable.

1. How does child development affect learning? How about in teaching
process?
 Child development affect learning in a way that for example, if a child is growing and
undergo development then he /she can now begin to catch up ideas and facts ,can
reason out and can learn things from simple to complex.

2. Why is it important for teachers to understand variations in children's


development?
 It is important for teacher's to understand variations in children's development
because as a teacher he/she must aware about their students differences and become
aware of what areas of development should be developed and to be focusing on.

Location:

I observed in the kinder garten demo teaching that the learners are
participative and active in a way that they can do actively all the
activities that their teacher told to do. They can sing ,dance, can
arrange puzzles and can play educational games. I observed that there's
fun and enjoyment while they are learning because the teacher is
effective, passionate and she love what's she's doing.

I observed that every student has differences, in physical, social the way they interact
or socialize with their classmates and to their teachers. I observed that most of the students are
active in the recitation, they are enthusiasts, they can reason out and response to their teachers,
but some of them are shy or not confident to speak or share their ideas in the class.
