Job title: Marketing Manager
Report to: General Director Report to job holder: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Purpose: to bring products to customers Duties: To inform outreach initiatives, enhance customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads, gather customer and market information. With tracking and analysis, determine the effectiveness and impact of current marketing campaigns, and optimize accordingly. Present concepts and final deliverables to factors such as internal and external teams, and discuss marketing plans, objectives, and finances with top leaders. Knowledge: - A bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or a closely related field is required. - It will be beneficial if you have a master's degree in a relevant discipline. - Marketing and Bitrix24 is required. - At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the field of automobiles, motorcycles and motorbikes. - Having knowledge of brand management, understanding the identity system and managing identity care Skill and abilitities required: - Skilled in document preparation, presentation and training in marketing communication knowledge. - Fluent English and proficient in office computer. - Marketing tactics, channels, and branding are all areas in which you excel. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Research skills, market analysis, customer - Leadership skills Hazards: - This position is responsible for implementing short- and long-term growth strategies for the market's current brands because it can promote new sector market expansion and manages a staff dedicated to developing growth plans for its assigned industry/hazard market.
