Business and Product Position

In pochee balls booth made a procees of accumulating wealth, it includes the following:

 Create a budget
The group first made a budget on how to spend our money. It shows how
much money we expect to bring from the required expenses like the
ingredients. It become our tool for achieving our financial goals.

 Build an emergency found


It is an emergency fund that set aside to cover the financial surprises. We
collect an emergency fund because of the unexpected expenses that may
occur. We collect twenty pesos from each member of the group.

 Save money
Once the booth make an income we use it to cover some basics like we
use it to buy some ingredients on the next day and the income.

Developing business strategy is necessary. Working closely together as a team and bring
together the knowledge will define the core essence of the product. Pochee balls booth are
offering costumers greater value like lower the prices of our products so that the costumers will
be able to buy. The staff is focuses in its product and services towards a narrow target market
segment. The product is easy to do and also the ingredients will be easily to find so that it is not
hard to make the product.
The pochee balls booth target market size is all the students, teachers and other staff in
MSEUF- Candelaria. The business has the initial capital of Php6600 and the total income of
Php4582.
