Smoking is Harmful to Health!

Smoking. The cigarettes are prevalent in different parts of the world. Often young
people and even children are smoking. There are different reasons why young people smoke.
Others were just curious, medicine said stress, others wanted to get away. They have their
vision of why they smoke. However, we should be considered and vulnerable to the adverse
effects of smoking.
Tobacco is one of the most engaging substances — the nicotine. It serves as an uplift
and a the other. And because of smoking, it quickly and repeatedly goes to the brain the
nicotine.
Smoking can be HARM in our health. And as a result, your health may be affected. For
example, for each cigarette you're deroofing, you have a rising chance of getting sick when you
are old. But even now, you have a feeling of effects, some of which are just as addicts as it's a
stick. Your lungs will be so likely that you will always run, and your skin will be in an early color.
You also risk to experience panic attack, depression, and sexual dysfunction. Not only that, if we
see in the cigarette pack, there is a picture of it which shows how harmful is smoking. "The
science has proven to be destroying smoking... The most body and abridging the human life,
"the Tobacco Atlas said. Everyone knows that smoking is caused by an undivided disease such
as cancer, heart disease, and lung diseases. But according to the World Health Organization
(WHO), smoking is also a major cause of infectious and deadly diseases, such as tuberculosis.
Not only does smoking have an effect on itself, it is harmful to others. The added smoke
is toxic, even the cigarette smoke. Thousands die every year because they breathe the smoke of
others. It can harm your family, friends, and even pets. Inhalation of such smoke can cause
cancer and other diseases. A WHO report warned: “There is no safe level of second-hand smoke
exposure.”
In general, the cigarettes are a vice-man who must only be discontinued because it has a
multitude of lives. Smoking not only affects its use, even the confines of the cigarette user
becomes the victim as well. Accordingly, it is appropriate to stop the cigarettes for their own
and for the benefit of others
