 Asynchronous class will be adopted for the delivery of instructions using the LMS/FB/Google Classroom
 Synchronous class may be conducted for recitations, reinforcement activities/follow-up discussions and other
Class Policies: activities using Zoom/Google Meet/FB Room.
Modular Approach:

 Printed modules will be made available for the students who do not have internet access/ gadget for online classes.

A. Lateness & Attendance Policy:
A student is considered absent in the class as stipulated in Section 151 of the Student Handbook if he/she is not present within
15 minutes of an hour class and the first hour of a four hours class. Student with unexcused absences, may it be consecutive or not
may be withdrawn/dropped from the subject instructor.

B. Missed Quizzes/Exams/Projects:
Test must be taken as scheduled. No special examination will be given to an unexcused absence of a student during scheduled
and unscheduled quizzes. In case of absence due to sickness and unavoidable circumstances, the student may consult the subject
instructor or write a letter request approved by the college dean to determine if special or late exam is possible.

C. Policy for Late Work:


A grace period will be announced by the instructor as to when will be the deadline for the submission of the requirements/ work
outputs for submission. In case of submitting such requirements/work output after the grace period, a specific grade shall be given
based on the set assessment guide. A student who missed to submit requirements should consult the concerned instructor for
immediate compliance.

D. Policy for Academic Dishonesty


Student caught practicing dishonesty in any form will be subjected to the policies and regulations of the college as stipulated in
the Student handbook.

Note: Other policies shall be dealt in accordance with the Student Handbook. Please be guided accordingly.
