boundary of P.C.C?
3 Is it the unwanted materials such as organic debris, rocks,

foundation pit and make it clean for level work?
4 Has the top level of the P.C.C is marked at the 4 corners
of the foundation pit?
5 Has a pit provide in a corner (outside of P.C.C layout) of
foundation pit for Submersible Pump for dewatering
purpose?
6 Has the concrete mix design for P.C.C. approved by The
Engineer?
7 Are materials/ingredients inspected and approved by The
Engineer prior to use?
8 Is batching plant approved and calibrated?
9 Is adequate illumination arrangement provided?
10 Are safety measures as per safety Assurance Plan taken?
11 Has a chute arrangement is made to prevent the
segregation of concrete in construction for the pouring
depth is higher than 1.5 meters?
12 Does the slump of concrete meet the requirement? Number
of cube specimens taken
13 Is proper vibration done to ensure compaction?
14 Has proper curing arrangement provided in place?
