INTRODUCTION
ABOUT IGVT
Yugacharya Jagadguru, His Divine Grace Srimad Bhakivedanta Narayana Goswami
Maharaj, a world-renowned Hindu religious leader established the society called
International Goudiya Vedanta Trust. He was the foremost Goudiya-Vaishnava
Acharya in the world till 2010 AD when He left for His eternal home in the
Transcendental world. He has Lakhs of disciples in almost all the countries of the
world. He has traveled around the world 30 times to spread the message of love of
God, as given in our ancient scriptures Vedas, Upanishads and Puranas. Under his
direct guidance and patronage so many societies are working hard to spread
Vaishanava religion all over the world. International Goudiya Vedanta Trust (IGVT)-
New Delhi, Goudiya Vedanta Samiti Trust (GVST)- Kolkata, Bhakti Projects (BP)-
California (USA), International Goudiya Vedanta Samiti (IGVS) - Houston (USA) are
few of these and are running about 50 temples and many preaching centers
around the world. The IGVT is running most of the temples. The IGVT is a dynamic
society and its endeavor is to continuously expand benefiting more and more
people. For this reason Srimad Bhakivedanta Narayana Goswami Maharaj and
hundreds of his disciples are traveling around the world to preach (partial list of
preachers is given later in this Annexure) and establish more and more centers. The
IGVT is also publishing books, journals in all the major Indian and International
languages. Our establishment is a part of larger chain of Goudiya Maths originally
established by His Divine Grace Srimad Bhaktisidhanta Saraswati Goswami
Prabhupada in 1915.
OBJECTIVE OF THE REPORT
The purpose of this detailed project report is to provide various considerations and
the elements proposed for the architectural and infrastructural improvement.
The school planning committee includes improving the quality and the standards
of school education and literacy towards building a society committed to
constitutional values, providing quality education to all the children at elementary
level and universalization of opportunities for quality secondary education.
PAGE 3
CURRENT PROBLEM AND OUR SOLUTION
THE PROBLEM
1. Challenges Faced by Schools of Rural India:- As Per a Survey endorsed by the
Govt. of India recently, 42 % of children in India are either dropouts or
unable to get even the primary education due to economic constraints. No
child should be denied quality of basic education due to poverty, indifferent
parents, financial constraints, hunger, sickness, gender, religion, caste, etc.
2. The Proposed community, upon which we will construct our school, is located
at core of the village named Banshkho as Tehsil Bassi Jaipur. It is
demographically populated with 425000-450000 local residents and lacks
the basic facilities for education and skill development. There’s not a single
CBSE school nearby.
3. It is also bound with high social stereotypical barriers of old caste system.
4. Lack of proper basic Infrastructure.
5. No library or laboratories
Lack of teachers ,especially trained ones.
6. No access to technology enabled , concept based learning
7. Poor financial condition
SCIS is a small effort from us to bridge this gap. SCIS will be built in a rural village of
Rajasthan named Banskho 42 Kms from Jaipur so that the children from villages
can have access to quality education.
OUR SOLUTION
Our Trust (International Gaudiya Vedant Trust) will build a free, high-tech english
medium Secondary School by the name “CHAITANYA INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC
SCHOOL”, in Village Banshkho, Tehsil Bassi Jaipur, Rajasthan. Chaitanya is a
Sanskrit word which means full of ‘Chetna’ (Supreme Consciousness) and our goal
is to deliver this Chetana or Pure Consciousness by imparting education. We aim
for overall development by introducing technological inputs thereby blending the
cultural and technological aspects which will help in elevating the core social
aspects of nearby community. Children, who will study in our school, will be
provided with hi-tech educational facilities with CBSE board affiliation. The school
PAGE 4
will have a vast infrastructure of 4000 sq. meter build on 8472 sq. meter land,
including playgrounds, multi-purpose halls, laboratories and computer rooms.
THE IMPACT
We truly believe, we can make a positive impact in the society by breaking
the barrier to education for thousands of under privileged children and
youth of village who will create educational revolution inside the community
and will help community people to alleviate from their shackled social
norms based on caste, creed, social and financial constraints.
Enable improvement in quality of learning for rural upliftment.
We believe that every child is potentially divine and the aim of education is
to bring out this divinity and foster a good person. We want to make
difference in our village students’ lives by providing them with vital
academic information, skills and strategies, and by enhancing positive, social
and physical development. “CHAITANYA INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC SCHOOL”
project ensures that each student of the adopted slum area acquires the
knowledge, skill and strategies necessary to reach his/her full potential and
become a productive and responsible citizen. As a result, these children will
become lifelong learners who are sensitive to the needs of the changing
world.
OUR MAIN GOALS OF THIS PROJECT ARE:
Enrollment: All the eligible children of the slum must be enrolled in the
school in Standard LKG.
Retention: Every enrolled child must complete the elementary education up
to 12th grade. There should be no dropouts.
Quality Education: Children should get quality education and experience
joyful learning.
Elimination of Poverty: By providing basic primary education and basic
skills, they will be able to earn more and come out of poverty.
PAGE 5

The identified Stakeholders for the project are as mentioned below:
Students and parents: Ultimate beneficiaries, opportunity of enhanced
learning.
Staff of School
Proposed Outcomes of Stakeholders Engagement:
The aim of this study is to combine smart training method and traditional training
method in learning-retention processes. Schools, being the second home, serve a
number of purposes in a child's life. From boosting their confidence to making
them learn the importance of team work and socialization, schools do it all. Away
from home, schools become the place for children to spend their maximum time.
Kids are sent to school considering the fact that there is an experienced hand to
guide them and also a safe environment promoting growth. We also accept the
fact that infrastructure plays a budding hand in creating a favorable environment
for a child's growth.

Grass turf court for badminton, kho-kho, kabaddi & volleyball court.
Mini track and field ground for athletic sports.
Sports seating gallery and podium as per the available space.
Procurement of sports equipment’s.
Smart Class Room Facilities:
With the use of interactive modules such as videos and presentations as a medium
of learning, students get to understand complicated concepts with ease. It will
help in increasing their interest and curiosity level. The digitally interactive
environment encourages even shy or hesitant students to participate better in
classroom discussions. The teachers will get help to explain subjects via videos,
pictures, and presentations. An audio-visual description of any topic will make it
more interesting and exciting. It gives more clarity of the subject; the pictures and
videos shown to the students will help them in remembering it even after the
class. These digital classrooms will help increase students’ attention and will make
them familiar with the technology.
Other facilities:
Lab Concept: In the Lab Concept, teachers would not substitute their classes
and students will go to their respective labs. School is divided on the basis of
labs. There is a separate lab for each subject, well equipped with the
teaching aids. Students and Teachers will find themselves more organized
and will help in the better management of the teaching aids. When students
will move from one lab to another, they will feel refreshed as the negative
energy, if accumulated, tends to be shed by movements. We will build labs
for all respective fields such as physics, chemistry, and biology as well as for
literature and spiritual disciplines.
Adhyayan - An initiative that enables students to gain more knowledge with
hands-on experience, model making, robotics, and practice-based learning
activities in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
With this initiative, we intend to foster innovation and creativity amongst
PAGE 20
our students, by bridging the gap between theoretical and practical
knowledge. This practice-based learning approach at Adhyayan will enable
our students to acquire skills, knowledge and hands-on learning experience
sought by industries worldwide.
Use the school as a multi-purpose, cultural utility that provides resources
and services to the wider community such as libraries, internet access,
performance/arts spaces, playgrounds, gardens, etc.
Video-based Learning: Giving a face to the name, helps remember
someone. Same is with teaching and learning today. Instead of written
theory, a very easy and impactful way to reach the child’s mind is the use of
video-based lessons. Adopting the digital learning way to impart education
makes understanding easy, especially so for a visual learner. Today the tools
available in this medium are so vast that you can use it to enhance any
learning activity. Right from using it in the class, to showing virtual
experiments which don’t require learners to use labs, teaching art through
this medium and many more. Teachers’ lectures can be recorded too, which
will help students further at a later date.

HOW THE SCHOOL WILL RUN
Electricity Expenditures: Our Smart School will install highly efficient, P.V.C.
solar panel cells, there by implementing Sustainable Energy Production and
ultimately reducing the commercial electricity expenses.
Water and Air Management: We will develop water harvesting techniques,
into our building thereby storing rain water and purifying it for further use.
Our buildings would be 11 feet high thereby providing enough air ventilation
to each and every room.
Building Maintenance Expenditures: We will bear building maintenance
expenses through acquired funds from our funding campaigns and various
stakeholders who are donors. Building expenditure will include all assigned
facilities as detailed inside this project.
Salary Management: We would charge very less monthly fee from our
admitted students, who are capable and each group of 40 students would
help in generating salary of our one Recruited Staff Teacher. Besides this, we
would try to generate employment in the form of contractual posts such as
janitors, cleaners, sweepers, guards for the local people of village thereby
reducing unemployment.
