a fraternal socio-civic organization duty established pursuant to it’s Constitution and By-Laws adopted at
Quezon City, Philippines, on 7th day of July 1979 and now part of the Eagles Magna Carta, hereby grants
and gives the right of organization to
TARLAC GERONA Eagles CLUB
located at Tarlac, Philippines, and hereby bestows all rights and privileges and imposes all duties and
obligations to said Eagles Club under the aegis and guidance of the Eagles Magna Carta of the
Philippine Eagles.
