Brower SRL, is a new company in the industrial molding gaskets, but made up of people with more than 35
years of experience in the rubber industry.
We have worked for years in the most import rubber companies in Italy.
Brower SRL is a mix of youth and experience! We enjoy a strategic position because we are placed in the
famous "Rubber Valley" in the north of Italy (500m from the exit of the Ponte Oglio, A4 motorway, near
Bergamo).

Products
Elastomers belong to a family of materials widely used in the industrial field, thanks to their properties that
make them suitable for meeting various needs:
- They are well adaptable to movements, tolerances, rough surfaces and temperature changes.
- They can be used within broad intervals of temperature.
- They are good non-conductor, conductor and can act also as antistatic devices.
- They show high resistance to extreme environments, to fuels and to the most aggressive chemical
substances.
- They are well adaptable to the toughest conditions in terms of temperature, duration and performance.

Thanks to its experience and to the excellent resources of co-engineering at its disposal, Brower SRL has
specialized in custom’s products, both o-rings and gaskets according to drawing. Our company takes the
utmost care of those details that make even a very simple item a special one. Particularly, it focuses its
efforts on compounds purposefully studied for specific applications, special quality levels and finishing,
surface treatments able to improve the assembly phase and the performance of an item, as well as
customized packing solutions. In addition, good communication skills, short deliveries and maximum
flexibility of its know-how to innovative projects do the rest. All these aspects are contributing to acquiring an
enviable reputation within the market as a very trustworthy partner for top-quality items.
Materials
Brower has its own R&D laboratory where new materials are studied, checked and developed, in
accordance with both industrial and automotive customer’s specifications. Brower’s lab staff works
constantly in cooperation with the major polymer producers, our compound suppliers and the certification
institutes. Among our achievements there are peroxide-cured fluoroelastomers with good resistance to
low temperatures and with high-fluorine content, ACM, AEM, self-lubricated compounds, gasoline- and
ozone-resistant, coloured compounds, food-quality materials, VMQ, Sulfur and Peroxide Cured EPDM,
NBR, HNBR, FKM etc etc...
This has allowed Brower to present itself on the market in a concrete, reliable and competitive way.
For the compound storage we use an isolated department with controlled temperature.
Quality
From the beginning, Brower's main objective is: "to be able to provide a high quality product". This goal is
pursued with the utmost tenacity and conviction. The quality in Brower is understood and perceived at
360 °, be it productive, commercial, logistic.
In terms of quality, Brower’s goals are “zero defects” –“100% on-time deliveries” and “maximum
efficiency”. Every process stage is equipped with the most well advanced gauges and is monitored by
highly-experienced and qualified employees, who work constantly focusing themselves on the
objectives mentioned before.
The Brower's quality system is being certified according to the technical specification IATF 16949 (goal:
end of 2018)

Presses, Tools and Post-curing
The production departament is based on people with 35 years of experience in the rubber moulding and
on the latest generation systems: several injection presses with different closures, totally new, with electric
brushes, with "industry 4.0" system controlling all process parameters, also thanks to the support of an
innovative management system.
Brower uses cold runner blocks with multi-nozzles, besides classic traditional molds or double plates molds.
To keep the process under control, we are equipped with several ovens, for all compounds, to stabilize
the phase of post-vulcanization.
