Francisco Moreno Domagoso, known as Isko Moreno or Yorme, is the current mayor of Manila. Who is Fransisco Moreno Domagoso?

Or also known as “Isko Moreno” or “Yorme” has served as the 27 th Mayor of


Manila since July 1, 2019.
Prior to becoming mayor, Mayor Domagoso was Manila’s vice mayor from
2007 – 2016 and served in Manila’s City Council representing the ancient,
densely populated, and economically challenged urban district of Tondo. He
was first elected to The Manila City Council in 1998.

EDUCATION
Isko moreno started studying at Rosauro Alamario Elementary School
Tondo, Manila
On his high school he studied at Tondo High School
Tondo, Manila
After graduating he studied as Public Administration at
Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila
And also as Bachelor of Laws
at Arellano University
He also studied at University of the Philippines, Diliman as Local Legislation
and Local Finance
and as an Executive Education Program
at Harvard University
And in Oxford University as an Strategic Leadership Program

Aksyon Demokratiko presidential aspirant and Manila City Mayor Isko


Moreno Domagoso has said his “Bilis Kilos” agenda of governance in Manila
is replicable in the entire Philippines.
According to him “Nasa pandemya tayo. Ang buhay at kinabukasan ng tao
ang nakasalalay. Kaya naisip ko na kung ano ang ginawa natin sa Maynila,
ganon din ang gagawin natin sa buong bansa”

The “Bilis Kilos” 10-Point Agenda of Governance reflects the


accomplishments of Moreno as Manila mayor, which include the
construction of mass housing for the poor of Baseco, Tondo and Binondo;
the construction of a COVID-19 field hospital and a new Ospital ng Maynila;
provision of free antigen testing and free Remdisivir and Tocilizumab for
COVID patients; and the continuous delivery of relief boxes to residents.
He also said that “Kailangan maramdaman ng tao na may nagmamalasakit sa
kanyang gobyerno. It’s doable. Yun pa ang maganda. Kayang-kaya siyang
gawin. Di siya imposible,”

I think isko is the one who suites the best to be presedent because of his
agenda The Aksyon Demokratiko, standard bearer said an “Isko Moreno
government” it will also focus on the minimum basic needs of the people,
especially those that will improve the human development.
The 47-year-old mayor said just like in Manila, his government would
support public education by providing public school students nationwide
with tablets and free bandwidth, school supplies and Covid hygiene kits.
Public school teachers will also be given laptops and free connection.
He also has an ordinance of giving the students a monthly allowance as well
to senior citizens.
I think If all politicians have the same manners as Isko Moreno, then the
Philippines would have been a progressive country. He’s only there for pure
business and not wasting any time.
He is A good leader indeed for me He can be the next president that will
lead a productive life for us Filipinos.
Mayor Isko Moreno, a good leader indeed. Where responsibilities are his
priority. He sticks to his words. He fulfilled all his promises from his
campaign. He’s only there for pure business and not wasting any time.
He utilizes his practical skills, strong physical dexterity, strength, and good
health to work with his hands in either a practical or artistic way, such as
being a sculptor or craftsman that possesses both physical and mental
talents, and strives for high quality end results.
Equipped with generosity and flexibility, Moreno is open to changes brought
by today. Yet, he might be somewhat insensitive in matters of romance.
Mayor Isko Moreno, a good leader indeed. Where responsibilities are his
priority. He sticks to his words. He fulfilled all his promises from his
campaign. He’s only there for pure business and not wasting any time.
A good leader indeed. He has all the qualities we wanted our leader to have.
Let Isko Moreno be your inspiration in life. Let yourself be an inspiration to
others. Let yourself be a good example to our fellow Filipinos.
That’s why for me, he had all the good traits of a good leader.

Isko Moreno holds great compassion and seeks to be of service to others. He is a


healer, and capable of giving comfort to those in need - he will frequently offer a
shoulder for others to cry on. But actually, Isko's mission in life is to develop the
tools that allow him to be truly helpful to others rather than just a sympathetic ear.
Isko Moreno must find the balance between help and interference, and the delicate
art of the counselor who knows when to leave the struggle to others and when to
avoid taking away the necessary experiences and lessons of life.

It is in Moreno's nature to take on responsibility, to fill the void left by others, and to
not turn away from personal sacrifice, albeit at times, he may feel overburdened by
the travails of others. However, the love others bestow upon him is his well
deserved reward.

Isko seeks marriage and is often a wonderful parent, offering warmth, protection,
and understanding to children. However, he must be careful not to choose partners
for the wrong reasons, and to not let sentimentality influence his decision,
especially those involving the choice of a spouse. Isko Moreno needs to be needed,
but must learn to discriminate between those he can help and others who are
made weaker by his care. After all, it is in Isko's nature to be attracted to the weaker
brothers and sisters among us. The temptation for Moreno is to think of himself as
the savior of the world, carrying the burdens of others on his shoulders.

Isko utilizes his practical skills, strong physical dexterity, strength, and good health
to work with his hands in either a practical or artistic way, such as being a sculptor
or craftsman that possesses both physical and mental talents, and strives for high
quality end results.

He is easy to get along with, and he has natural ability to save money and pool up
economic resources.

Equipped with generosity and flexibility, Moreno is open to changes brought by


today. Yet, he might be somewhat insensitive in matters of romance.
