Heavy Duty Gas Engines

913 Series
27 – 119 BHP / 20 – 89 kW / 1,100 – 2,200 rpm
Our 913 Series – reliable, durable and dependable

Over the years, our 913 Series has become one of the
most widely accepted and trusted power plants world-
wide.

To give our customers greater versatility, we have intro-

duced a turnkey gas version of this successful engine.
These engines are targeted at the agricultural, oil
and gas markets, applications that demand extremely
robust and reliable engines for continuous duty opera-
tion.

Our simply designed, compact, air-cooled 913 Series

engines fit the bill completely.

Whether as a 3-, 4-, or 6-cylinder naturally aspirated

engine or a turbo charged engine (air-to-air),
our power unit will solve all your drive problems in the
27 – 119 BHP (20 – 89 kW) power range.

The 913 Series engines can operate on natural gas or

common liquid gasses such as propane.

The use of proven and widely available components,

such as Altronic, Woodward and Impco, combined with
our worldwide service network, ensures service is
available at your convenience.
Our 913 Series of air-cooled engines has gained a
legendary name for reliability and durability. From the
frozen reaches of Siberia to the deserts of Africa and
the remote sheep stations of Australia, air-cooled Deutz
engines work under the harshest conditions, day after
day, frequently amassing in excess of 30,000 hours
without overhaul.

The gas versions of the 913 Series use the same basic
engine components as their well-proven diesel counter-
parts, with the exception of the cylinder heads and
pistons, which are specifically designed for the gas
application.

The modular design means a single cylinder liner can be

replaced without disturbing the neighboring units, which
reduces downtime.
