- We carried out hand over event of sand flush gate and spillway 1~3 gates for installation of
gate leaves and hoists from Lot I Contractor to Lot II Contractor this morning on November
05.

5. No. 1 Outdoor Switchyard


Contractor: Lot I (Hyundai) and Lot III (ANDRITZ)
[Lot I]
Due to availability of responsible person, we had no reply from Lot I (Hyundai) at the last
coordination meeting. So, some of question below are same one as the last meeting:
- Lot III needs cable cover installation to continue their work. We are waiting for your
submission of MS on this issue (cover painting) for finalization of the cable duct
- Lot III want to start their installation work at the cable shaft, so when will you submit MS on

permanent countermeasure for leakage water inside of the cable shaft.

[Lot III]
- About civil works (Excavation, backfilling, etc) during PVC installation, you are requested to
inform us for site inspection. Could you show us your above installation mockup for our
confirmation and approval whenever available.
- You are also requested to inform us when you restart cable support installation at the cable
duct type C and D for our confirmation and approval.

[Lot I and Lot III]

6. No.1 Switchyard Buildings

7. No.1 Powerhouse
Contractor: Lot I (Hyundai), Lot III and Lot II
[Lot II and III]
- We informed the followings in advance. Lot I installed formwork support at the access tunnel
on November 4. Any vehicle cannot be into the erection bay area for the next two weeks. And
Lot I will start frequent concreting work at the same timing above, Lot II and III is requested
to arrange your material transportation schedule by vehicle with Lot I. And the erection bay
area will be fully occupied by Lot I at the same timing above too, no other party work allowed
there. Lot III is requested carefully pass the erection bay area, especially Lot I working at high
position.

[Lot I]
- We reiterate to request you to carry out the followings:
a) Basically, either party is not allowed to work above the other party.
b) To submit your daily work schedule to Eng. every morning. The schedule shall show, work
item, location, position, time to start and close etc. on drawing. (This is ongoing now.)
c) The safety officer of Lot I and III in charge shall discuss and coordinate every day. For
example, Lot I inform Lot III working time and location/position to Lot III every morning
before work start and conversely. (This was coordinated.)
d) To provide safety facilities to prevent something to fall into spiral case area at #1and #2

where and Lot III is working below. (This is ongoing now.)
e) Installation of rubber barricade with police line to show space for installation/removal of
scaffolding around columns to avoid Lot III's entering into the space. (This is ongoing now.)
- For work coordination purpose, we request you submission of following week concreting
schedule.
- Handover to Lot III (K-I-22: To commence installation of overhead traveling crane) on
November 7 supposed to be difficult based on the current progress. Let us know approximate
date for this hand over. Do you need more 1 week, 2 weeks or 3 weeks for execution of this?
- Make Lot III know the following your work schedule tentatively:
Draft Tube Cone U#2: 20 October 2021 - 2 November 2021
Second stage concrete: Start _______ until _________included curing time
Spiral Case U#2: 38 days after anchor plate for SC foundation install
Anchor plate OHC section 1: 8 November 2021 - 14 November 2021
Second stage concrete: Start _______ until _________ included curing time
Anchor plate OHC section 2: Start _______ until _________ included curing time
Anchor plate OHC section 3: Start _______ until _________ included curing time

- When do you complete your work at draft cone #2? (Completion means ready for Lot I secondary

This related to your standby worker during your suspension.
We noticed that one worker sign for other workers at No.2 Switchyard. We have already
warned you by a letter (PSMCW-21-9051) dated October 30, 2021. We remind you to keep
honesty and check the attendance list before submission to the Engineer. It is noted that the
Contractor also has responsibility to make true evidence, otherwise we will reject your claim.

countermeasure work?

- Please advise update status material such as rail and etc.
- Schedule for coordinate Lot II with Lot I regarding interface rebar at No.2 Upper
Penstock Line.

16. No.2 Power House

We would to confirm about the measurement apparatus team’s arrival. Have they already on
the site? When you are able to start the measuring apparatus monitoring (inclinometer, load
cell, etc)?

[Lot III]
We received your letter PEU12-NK-21-151 dated October 14, 2021 regarding First, Second,
Third Stage Concrete and embedment Plan and Section’s drawing at No.2 Powerhouse.
We would request you to submit especially for only the detail block out each floor.
Also, we observed that in your drawing submission there are 2 elevations (El. 759.50 and El.
760.60 (Turbine Floor)) in 1 general plan and section. Therefore, we advise you to make the
block out drawing per elevation floor, so that it makes Lot I easily understand the block out
situation each floor.
