PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
It is a water soluble free flowing powder of two packets. Nutriboost – PR 1 converts the
unavailable FAN to available form through multi enzymes.
Nutriboost-PR 2 provides the optimum nutrition to the yeast cells.
PRODUCT APPLICATION:.
Nutriboost-PR 1&2 is intended for use in fuel ethanol production.
In a batch process it is recommended to use in the propagation tank. Dose during the beginning of
the tank fill to ensure distribution throughout the wash.
In a continuous process, it is recommended to dose in the first fermenting train vessel that the
yeast propagation is intended.
Works well at pH range 3.5-6 and temperature 30-40 Degree celcius (Temperature tolerant
enzyme technology). However, a pH of 3.5-4.5 is optimal for fermentation.
DOSAGE:
5-7 PPM Fermented wash.
SPECIFICATION AND PACKING:
Nutriboost – PR is a concentrated powder formulation.
Solubility in cold water.
Nutriboost-PR is available in 01 Kg Milky white standing pouch with tetra sealed ziplock
pouches. Can be customized upon request.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE:
Nutriboost-PR should be store in cool (temperature should less than 40°C) and dry environment.

Maintain its activity for minimum period of 6 months.
SAFETY AND ENZYME HANDLING:
The product is known as non-carcinogenic and is perfectly safe to handle (As per GRASS standards),
however prolonged contact is not advised as this may irritates skin, eyes and other sensitive organs. In
case of contact, rinse with clean water for at least 15 minutes.
