Responsibilities:
• Analyzing each sprint User story requirement and working closely with scrum Master, coordinating
with the team members in Requirement gathering and Analysis.

• Worked for a globally used application GASK which is primary archive for all the product related
documents at Ericsson.
• Compiled automated jobs which gives details about the documents that have failed to store properly
and also the number of source partitions of the tables that store the physical documents.
• Respond to Production Incidents within agreed SLA following the ITIL process.
• Point of contact for Availability and Performance of the application.
• Interact with business on proactive plans to increase the efficiency of the application by making code
changes so as to improve the performance of the application.
• Implement change requests to automate of the processes, thereby reducing critical incidents.
• Conduct Pareto analysis to identify the top contributors for application performance degradation and
